My name is Andrew Madden and I am a team leader for The Madden Group in Columbia, Lexington, Lake Murray and the surrounding areas in South Carolina. I started my real estate career in the summer of 2012. During that time I have achieved many accomplishments including “Rookie of the Year” in 2012′ and the #1 agent for Coldwell Banker in Lexington in overall volume, sold listings, as well as helping more buyers than any other agent in the Lexington office. My experience in customer service, marketing, and sales has helped me become an expert and great asset for anyone looking to buy or sell property in South Carolina. I have 3 adorable children and a beautiful wife Kelly who is the Director of Sales for The Madden Group. I am originally from the Syracuse NY area, but I am a dedicated and successful real estate professional in this local area.
